No. QVape THCF and 8-OH will not trigger a positive result on standard drug tests (police, workplace, driving licence, hospitals etc.).

• Urine tests look only for the THC metabolite THC-COOH (from delta-9-THC) and in some advanced labs also for HHC-COOH (from HHC).
• Both our THCF and 8-OH are completely different cannabinoids with a classic benzo[c]chromene core structure (same core as CBD and CBC).
• They do not metabolise into THC-COOH or HHC-COOH.
• Every batch is third-party lab tested (LabCore, 2025) and shows 0.0 % THC and Sum THC < LOQ.

Simply put: yes. All our CBD is legal. Since our CBD is produced entirely without traces of THC, it is not classified as a narcotic. The EU allows up to 0.3% THC content, but Sweden does not. Therefore, we use an extra-strict process during production. As shown in our laboratory reports, we meet all the stringent requirements that Sweden imposes on legal CBD.
